Picturesque 2.0 released for Leopard: Adds 3D perspective effect

Sydney, Australia - Acqualia today announced the release of Picturesque 2.0, a major update to their Apple Design Award winning image beautifying application. Entirely rewritten for Leopard using Core Animation, Picturesque 2.0 features an entirely redesigned single window interface, cropping, presets, and the 3D perspective effect.

“We were so excited about Leopard that we rewrote Picturesque from scratch for it”, said Acqualia co-founder Zac Cohan. “We’ve taken advantage of Core Animation allowing you to create a gorgeous 3D perspective effect using just 2 sliders.”

Picturesque makes images look gorgeous for the web. With an animated “drag and drop” style interface, Picturesque makes beautifies with tasteful effects like 3D perspective, reflection, glow, shadow, curve, and stroke in less time than it takes to open Photoshop.

Picturesque can also beautify images in batch, and with the ability to resize and apply effects on a whole folder of images, Picturesque is an an easy way to make sophisticated thumbnails and beautifully refined full sized images.

Pricing and Availability:
Picturesque is available now for a free download and requires 10.5 Leopard or later. Registration is $34.95 USD, and registered users of Picturesque 1.0 can upgrade for $12.95.
